1. Scope of Services & Strict Non-Medical Boundary

Serenity Spaces Concierge provides premium household assistance, companionship, errands, organization, and home check-in coordination.

All services are strictly relationship-led and non-medical. For any urgent, medical, or life-threatening emergencies, you must immediately contact 911 or a qualified medical professional.

• We do NOT provide medical, nursing, clinical, or emergency care.
• We do NOT manage or administer medications.
• We do NOT provide clinical physical transfers or specialized medical transportation.

2. Consultation Posture & Client Acceptance

Submitting an inquiry through our multi-step consultation wizard (/welcome-home) is a private request for a conversation, not a contract or a guaranteed booking. The founder reviews all requests personally. We reserve the absolute right to deny service or decline a consultation request for any reason.

3. Limitation of Liability

Serenity Spaces Concierge operates with maximum discretion, care, and hospitality. However, we are not liable for standard household wear-and-tear, vendor delays, or unforeseen property issues outside our immediate operational care scope.
