Serenity Circle Partner Terms & Billing Policy

1. Independent Vetted Partnership

Local businesses applying to join the Serenity Circle agree that approval is at the sole discretion of the founder. Listing in our directory provides public local visibility to our network; it does not constitute an employer-employee relationship, a legal joint venture, or a strict corporate endorsement.

2. Listing Fees & Automatic Subscriptions

• Approved partners agree to pay a recurring monthly or annual subscription listing fee to maintain active real estate within our maximum 3-spot-per-category directory layout.
• Fees are processed securely off-site via an authorized payment link provided upon founder approval.

3. Strict Trust Standards & Removal Rights

To maintain our premium brand promise ("Peace of Mind at Home"), all Serenity Circle partners must maintain active general liability insurance and licensing. We reserve the absolute right to suspend or permanently delete any business listing without a refund if a partner receives legitimate client complaints, loses active licensing, or violates local community trust.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Directory Listing Fees: All recurring B2B directory subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. Partners may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles, which will immediately remove their profile card from the active index.
• Client Consultations: Initial home consultations are entirely free of cost and obligation.
