Shopping & Restocking Policy

Clear, gracious coordination from your list to a thoughtfully prepared home.

Serenity Spaces can shop, pick up, stock, and organize requested household items. Shopping may include Walmart Pickup, Walmart shopping, local grocery stores, local Mena businesses, pharmacy pickups, and specialty requests when available.

Clients purchase all grocery costs, household supplies, toiletries, cleaning products, gift items, flowers, and specialty purchases. Serenity Spaces charges for the concierge time needed to shop, pick up, organize, stock, and prepare the home unless otherwise agreed during your consultation.

Before shopping begins, Tiffany will confirm your list, priorities, and authorization. Receipts and any reimbursement details are shared clearly; if an item is unavailable, substitutions are made only within the preferences you approve. Restocking is limited to the rooms, items, and household boundaries we discuss together.
